Family Owned Since 1986
Barry Cox, Charles W. Cox, and Jill Cox built the foundation for TCG from the family’s belief in hard work, long-term relationships, and personal accountability.
This foundation has continued through four decades of growth. After Charles Cox’s passing in 1992, Jill Cox became Chief Executive Officer and helped shape the company’s next chapter, including the purchase of its first owned property in Greenville, South Carolina. Today, she serves as Board Chair, and the company remains family-owned and women-owned, guided by the same commitment to customers, employees, and communities that shaped its beginning.
