Margaret Jill Cox
Chairman
Began her career in London as an architectural assistant before founding Warehouse Services, Inc. in 1986 with Charles W. Cox. Jill has been instrumental in growing WSI into an asset-based third-party logistics company.

Barry Cox
President & Chief Operating Officer
Began operations at Warehouse Services, Inc. in October 1986, working with his father to build the foundation. Since then the company has expanded to 18 states and Canada with over 4,000 employees.

Jeff Denning
Chief Financial Officer
Over 18 years in finance and accounting, previously a bank regulator with a federal oversight agency. Joined WSI in 1996 and was appointed CFO in 2006, directing all finance and treasury activities.

Steve Magruder, CPA
Chief Operations Officer
A CPA who joined the firm in 2007 as finance manager, advancing to Director of Finance and Vice President of Finance before being named Chief Operations Officer in February 2018.

John Rohlman
Vice President of Global Business Development
Leads operational and commercial supply chain solutions across the United States and Canada. Joined WSI in 1994 and has held roles including Six Sigma Black Belt and transportation maintenance manager.

Chris Apple
Vice President, Operations
Leads retail direct-to-consumer and food and drug distribution operations. Over 25 years of experience in third-party logistics, distribution, and supply chain solutions across multiple markets.

John Weil
Director, Chemical / Industrial Operations
Oversees chemical and industrial supply chain operations across North America, including warehousing, distribution, and value-added services. Offers 26 years of management experience, much of it in the plastics industry.

Mike Daniel
Vice President, Manufacturing / Engineering & Commercial
Directs growth strategy, development, and operations for the manufacturing, engineering, and commercial business units. Over 24 years of experience, joining WSI in 1999 after roles at Johnson & Johnson and Alltrista.

Phil Stephenson
Vice President, Transportation
A 20-year veteran of Industrial Transport Services who rose from material handler to dispatcher to Vice President. Under his guidance ITS grew from a 90-tractor fleet to over 250 power units.

Sam Lurker
Vice President of Administration and Human Resources
Provides leadership in corporate policy, external communications, and client event planning. Since joining in 1998, Sam has directed insurance planning, risk management, and benefits procurement.

Mitzi McLees
Vice President, Corporate Secretary
Provides leadership in generating documents, managing corporate records, mitigating risk, and protecting corporate status. Joined in 1995 and also leads company-wide employee event planning.

Kelli Rohlman
Director of Quality and Safety
Joined WSI in 1997 on the quality and customer service team. A Six Sigma Black Belt since 1999, she advances quality systems and facility disciplines across the network.

Amy McDowell
Director, Accounting
A University of Southern Indiana accounting graduate who began her career at Old National Bank. Joined WSI in 2003 and was named Director of Accounting in February 2016.

Amber Thorn
Vice President of Finance & Corporate Development
An Indiana native who began with WSI supporting accounts payable while at university. Earned her MBA in 2009 and now leads client finance and management of the corporate investment accounts.

Angela Stephenson
Director of Employee Compensation
A 28-year career at WSI from Payroll Administrator to Director of Employee Compensation. Her expertise spans international payroll, benefits management, ACA reporting, and audits.

Nate Eisele
Director, Customer Service
Started as a material handler in 1998 and advanced into operational leadership, becoming Corporate Quality Manager in 2009. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt and ISO 9001 and 45001 lead internal auditor.

Jennifer Elsner
Director of Accounting
Joined WSI as a staff accountant in 2006, earned her MBA in 2011, and was named Director of Accounting for Warehousing in February 2026. She also serves as project manager for the ERP transition.

Patrick Donnellan
Director of Process Improvement
An Auburn supply chain graduate with oil and gas logistics experience. Joined WSI in 2016, became Site Manager in 2020, and in 2026 was named Director of Process Improvement.
